This role is perfect for someone who has a strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and is ready to take on a leadership path while working toward becoming a BCBA. We provide the supervised hours with the BCBA.
We’re looking for a passionate Student Analyst to join our growing ABA team who is looking to one day become a BCBA. This role is perfect for someone who has a strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and is ready to take on a leadership path while working toward becoming a BCBA. We provide the supervised hours with the BCBA.
You’ll begin by working direct with the client and providing parent trainings (unrestricted hours).
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of ABA and experience applying principles in clinical or home settings.
- Experience with children, preferably in ABA setting.
- Education:

- Currently enrolled as a student in a Master’s program in ABA, OR
- Bachelor’s in any field plus 2+ years of RBT experience.
- Currently enrolled as a student in a Master’s program in ABA, OR
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Professional, dependable, and committed to ethical practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct ABA services during the initial 3-month training period.
- Observe and supervise Behavior Technicians to ensure treatment fidelity and accurate implementation of protocols.
- Create and update behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans (with BCBA approval).
- Learn how to and Conduct behavioral assessments and summarize findings for review under a BCBA.
- Develop proposals for behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs under a BCBA.
- Conduct parent training on core ABA principles and effective behavior strategies.
- Analyze data and graphs to make data-driven treatment decisions.
Additional Information
- Supervision hours toward BCBA certification are provided for eligible student analysts.
- Must be able to commute or relocate to Eagan, MN 55121 before starting.
