Overview
We’re looking for a caring, dependable, and motivated Behavior Technician with American Sign Language (ASL) skills to join our ABA team!
This role is especially important for supporting clients who use ASL and ensuring they have access to communication, learning, and connection during sessions.

What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency ( or currently learning ) in American Sign Language (ASL)
- Experience working with individuals who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing is a plus
- Must enjoy working with kids — daycare, school, or childcare experience preferred
- Positive, patient, and coachable — able to take direction and apply feedback
- Comfortable managing behaviors and staying calm in challenging moments
- Willing to learn and understand ABA principles through training and supervision
- Currently enrolled in or completed college (no high school–only applicants)
- Reliable and consistent — this role requires working 5 days a week
- RBT certification is a plus and earns a higher hourly wage
Key Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with children implementing individualized ABA treatment plans
- Use ASL to support communication and skill development for clients
- Collaborate with supervisors to adapt programming for communication needs
- Run programs and goals every 7 minutes as outlined by supervisors
- Collect accurate data during each session
- Support with cleaning and sanitizing therapy spaces and materials
- Maintain professional communication with team members and families
- Keep sessions positive, structured, and engaging

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and pursuing or have started college
- Must be able to commute or relocate to Eagan, MN 55121 before starting
- Must pass a background check
Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
